RECEPTIONIST TO COVER A 6 MONTH CONTRACT*
My client based in Dartford requires a professional receptionist to cover a 6 month maternity cover. This position has the potential to go permanent.
This position is available immediately for the successful candidate. Duties include:-
Meet and Greet Clients Answer a busy switchboard Ensure the reception*meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy Announce callers and pass on telephone messages via Outlook Post and Franking of post Organise Lunches, teas & Coffees for the Directors etc General Adhoc duties inc ordering stationary, typing labels fax headers etc
The successful candidate will have previous reception experience, be professional in their approach, possess an excellent telephone & a "can-do" attitude. 1st impressions count with this company!!
